What products do you offer?
Security systems are our bread and butter of course but we provide so much more. We'll wire homes and businesses for video and audio systems, entry systems and intercoms. We also install surveillance camera, fire alarms, central vacuums and more.
How many of your employees are based in the Cookeville area?
Easy answer: 100%. We live here too, and we're committed to making all our neighborhoods safe and secure places.
Where are systems monitored from?
All our systems are monitored by a UL Listed Central Station
What size system do I need?
We don't have a “one size fits all” approach; every Pioneer Communications system is tailored for your unique needs. What's more, we don't over-design our systems: we take pride in recommending exactly what you need for optimum protection.
Do I rent my system, or do I own it?
Ownership is the way to go. Leasing a system tends to be more expensive in the long run, and it saddles you to a long-term contract that may not be an ideal solution. If your needs change, or if the system installed isn't performing well, you may be stuck.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Pioneer Communications provides a comprehensive one-year warranty on all parts and labor. This is four times as long as the 90-day warranties offered by most other security firms.
